CreditIntel · the first product from Hearth Advisory
The Credit Portfolio Diagnostic.
One customer credit book, reviewed on a schedule. CreditIntel connects to the systems that already hold the data, screens the book against your review rules, and returns a review written to be read in a meeting: what changed, where, and what needs deciding. Every figure is recomputed from source and checked against it before anything ships.
What makes it different
Not another dashboard.
A dashboard shows you balances. You still have to work out which ones matter, go and find out why, and remember what you decided about them last quarter. That part is the job. That part is what this does.
Ask about anyone, the moment you need to
A name comes up in a meeting and nobody has current context. Ask. It goes and looks: what they owe, how they have been paying, what moved this month, what is publicly true about them right now. Not in next week's pack. While you are still in the room.
The numbers, plus what your team already knows
Aging and payment behavior are half a picture. The other half is in your collectors' notes: the promise that slipped, the plant that went quiet, the AP contact who stopped replying. Both get read together, so the soft signal and the hard number arrive as one story instead of two.
Your rescreen rules, actually enforced
Every credit team has criteria for when an account gets looked at again. Usually they live in one person's head and get applied when there is time. Here they run every cycle, on every account, with no exceptions and no quiet skips. As your team sharpens how it rescreens, the criteria sharpen with it.
It learns your book, if you let it
The accounts you always watch. The exceptions you always wave through. The threshold that means something at your company and nowhere else. Tell it once, correct it when it is wrong, and it becomes the reviewer you would have trained yourself, given a year you never had.
Credit intelligence, made simple enough to actually use. The judgment stays yours. The looking, the cross-checking and the remembering do not have to.
What you receive
A review sized for the meeting it is used in.
The written review
Summary, movement since last period, and the names worth a decision.
Account briefs
One page per customer that matters, with exposure, limits and behavior together.
The watchlist
Accounts flagged week over week, so a slow slide reads as a pattern.
Caveats and confidence
What the review is unsure about, with every judgment labeled as analyst inference.
See it working on the demonstration book, all synthetic.
What it needs
A read-only connection to the data you already keep.
CreditIntel reads from the systems that already hold your customer and receivables data rather than asking anyone to assemble a file every cycle. NetSuite, Snowflake, a data warehouse, or an API the finance stack already exposes. Three things start the work:
- read access to where the customer and receivables data lives
- your review rules, if they are written down
- fifteen minutes with someone who knows what each field actually means
Nothing gets installed on your side and nothing is written back. The connection is read-only, and every figure in a review can be traced to the system it came from.
