The practice
A workflow automation practice for finance and credit operations.
Hearth Advisory automates recurring finance and credit work: connecting the data through pipelines, enriching it through the systems that hold the rest of the context, and leaving reporting that reconciles to its source. Built in NetSuite, Snowflake, SQL and Python. CreditIntel is the first product.
Leadership
Founded and led by Ibrahim Shaikh.
Ibrahim founded Hearth Advisory out of years of professional credit analysis and portfolio risk work: taking messy receivables data and turning it into a defensible view of exposure, payment behavior and what has changed since anyone last looked.
The practice exists because of how fast AI technology is moving. Watching that pace up close, he saw that a whole class of business problems had quietly changed category. Automations, document handling, reporting and review work that most businesses had written off as impossible, or priced out of reach, became buildable. Hearth was founded to work like an in-house solution to exactly those problems. The model is the easy part and it gets easier every month. Connecting real data, enriching it with the context held in other systems, and leaving something a person can check is the part that decides whether any of it is useful, and that is the part this practice is expert at.
Credit and receivables are where engagements usually start, because that is the ground the practice can defend line by line. The same approach carries into any recurring workflow a business runs on, which is what Business Brain exists for.
